Keaton Brice

Keaton Brice joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2020 and serves as a Market Director in the Dallas Industrial Division. He is responsible for executing transactions on approximately 4.2 million square feet of Industrial assets, representing both private and institutional investors. In addition, Keaton focuses on marketing properties, gathering market intelligence, and identifying strategic business development opportunities for the Dallas Industrial Group.
