Nikki Vanzura is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Management Services at Holt Lunsford Commercial since November 2010, Nikki has held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Management Services, Client Manager, and Senior Property Manager. Prior to Holt Lunsford, Nikki was a Senior Property Manager at Transwestern Management Services and has held property management positions at RREEF, SPIRE REALTY, and Lincoln Property Company, where expertise was developed from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. Nikki's career began in collections at UPS, contributing to a diverse skill set in management and operations within the real estate sector.
