Test Engineering Lead at Holtec International

Garrett Enslin, P.E. serves as the Test Engineering Lead at Holtec International since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development of Integral and Separate Effects testing facilities and establishing programmatic requirements for NQA-1 compliant test programs. Prior to this role, Garrett Enslin worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at the same company, focusing on mechanical and systems engineering development related to pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Earlier experience includes a six-year tenure with the US Navy, where Garrett Enslin held the position of Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer, managing a division of 40 personnel in the operation and maintenance of nuclear reactor systems, and completed rigorous training as a Student at both the Nuclear Power Training Unit Charleston and the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. Garrett Enslin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and is currently pursuing a Master of Nuclear Engineering at Purdue University School of Nuclear Engineering.
