Marco Neves

Marco Neves is a seasoned project controls professional with extensive experience in planning and scheduling across various engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Project Controls at Holtec International since May 2019, Marco specializes in P6 software and oversees project scheduling and coordination. Prior to this role, Marco held various positions at SNC-Lavalin, including Lead Planner and Project Scheduler, where responsibilities included developing master project schedules and managing EPC project schedules. Experience at Bechtel Corporation involved planning and scheduling for significant projects, while earlier roles at SNC Lavalin Minerconsult and Rodovias Integradas do Oeste S/A focused on the planning discipline for multiple ventures. Marco holds a Project Management Specialist degree from Fundação Dom Cabral, a Civil Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and a Civil Technician degree from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
