Rick Rosas

Rick Rosas is a seasoned professional in the nuclear energy sector, currently serving as the Small Modular Reactor System Design Integration Manager at Holtec International since June 2022. With a comprehensive background that includes roles as a Senior Operations Instructor at PSEG, where training for Nuclear Licensed Operators was developed and implemented, and as Lead Operations and Training Assessor at Constellation, where performance enhancements were implemented across multiple nuclear sites, Rick possesses extensive experience in operational and training assessments. Previously, at Exelon Nuclear, Rick held positions including Senior Reactor Operator and System Engineer, overseeing safe operations and technical troubleshooting at the Byron Nuclear Power Plant. Rick began a career in engineering through internships focused on industrial work practices and aerospace actuator design, earning a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
