Thomas Lacroix

Thomas LaCroix currently serves as Site Project Manager at Holtec International since October 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held various superintendent positions at DTE Energy from January 2014 to October 2023, including FIN Superintendent, Planning Superintendent, and Instrument and Controls Superintendent, providing leadership to maintenance planners and nuclear professionals. Earlier experience includes serving as Instrumentation and Control Supervisor at Entergy from September 2007 to January 2014, overseeing technicians and ensuring safe workflow. Thomas began a career in engineering as Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Stryker Medical and also worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with the US Navy as an Electronics Technician/Reactor Operator. Thomas holds a BSAST in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University and an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering from Delta College, along with a Senior Reactor Operator Certification.
