Kayla Hong

Kayla Hong is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax consulting services, particularly in Mergers and Acquisitions. Currently serving as a Tax Partner at HCVT since 2015, Kayla previously held the position of M&A Tax Senior Manager at KPMG US from 2012 to April 2015. Prior to that, Kayla provided tax due diligence and structuring assistance at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2005 to 2012. Early career experience includes a role in Federal Tax at KPMG US from 2003 to 2005. Kayla Hong holds a Master's degree in Business Taxation from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
