June O'Dell held the position of Director of Human Resources at various companies, including Holton-Arms School, Production Solutions, and Metters Industries. Prior to that, they worked as a Director of Human Resources at comScore, Inc. where they showcased their skills in employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HRIS systems. Before entering the HR field, June worked as a Data Entry Manager at Paragren Technologies and as an Assistant Director of Student Financial Aid at The George Washington University.
June O'Dell Porco, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Davis & Elkins College and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education, College Student Development from The George Washington University. In addition, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2013 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification from SHRM in April 2015.
