Jason Torchinsky

Jason Torchinsky is currently a Partner at Holtzman Vogel Baran Torchinsky & Josefiak PLLC, where Jason specializes in campaign finance, election law, government ethics, and non-profit tax. Prior to their current position, Jason held various roles such as Attorney at the Department of Justice, Deputy General Counsel at the Presidential Inaugural Committee, and Deputy General Counsel at Bush-Cheney '04 Campaign. Jason also served as a SAUSA at the United States Attorney's Office and worked as a Law Clerk at the White House and the Republican National Committee. Jason received their JD from William & Mary Law School and completed their undergraduate studies at William & Mary. Jason graduated from Cinnaminson High School in 1994.
