Kevin Benish

Kevin Benish currently serves as Of Counsel at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP since January 2022 and holds the position of Adjunct Professor at New York University School of Law since June 2017. Previously, Kevin worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for the U.S. Courts of Appeals from August 2020 to August 2021 and held associate roles at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP from September 2016 to August 2020 and Ropes & Gray LLP during a summer associate internship in 2015. Early in their career, Kevin was a Research Assistant at NYU School of Law, contributing to projects on civil procedure and international litigation, and served as the Director of Budget and Communications for the Wisconsin State Assembly from February 2008 to February 2012. Kevin earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with studying at the University of Oxford between 2004 and 2005.
