Gregory Barron

Gregory Barron currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Holy Childhood since October 2025. Prior to this role, Barron worked as a Quality & Compliance SIU Investigator at iCircle Services from June 2023 to October 2025, and held the position of Internal Investigator 1 at the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities from December 2022 to June 2023. Experience also includes serving as a Caseworker for Monroe County from January 2019 to December 2022, and as a Litigation Assistant at Zwicker & Associates, P.C. from March 2016 to January 2019. Barron began a legal career as a Paralegal at Fein Such and Crane LLP between June 2015 and March 2016 and contributed as a Criminal Justice Tutor at The College at Brockport State University of New York while obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Forensic Science from SUNY Brockport from 2011 to 2015. Additional early experience includes roles as a Student Employee at the Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation and an intern at Larry R. Koss Law Firm.
