Rowa Kodi

Rowa Kodi is an experienced healthcare and program management professional currently serving as the Head Nurse at Holy Cross Hospital since June 2022. Rowa's prior experience includes roles as a Program Officer at the National Democratic Institute and a Program Coordinator at Project Nur, where Rowa focused on empowering student leaders and facilitating social justice initiatives. Rowa also has a background in monitoring and evaluation, having worked as an intern at World Learning and contributed to policy advocacy at The Institute of Inclusive Security. Earlier work experience includes managing a TB-Diabetes project for the Sudan Diabetes Federation and providing program oversight at SEEMA Center for Training and Protection of Women's and Child's Rights. Rowa holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the School of International Training, an Associate’s degree in Diabetes Programs Management from The Michener Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The National Ribat University.
