Bill Manis

Bill Manis has over three decades of experience in emergency management and fire services. Currently serving as a Critical Care Paramedic at Holy Family Memorial since January 2014, Bill also holds the position of EMS and Fire Instructor at Lakeshore Technical College, where responsibilities include coordinating all EMS classes and serving as an ACLS and PALS instructor. Prior to these roles, Bill retired as Fire Chief from Manitowoc Fire Department and held the dual role of Fire Chief and City Emergency Management Director for the City of Manitowoc from 2000 to 2013. Bill's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business from Marian University of Fond du Lac, along with additional training from various institutions in emergency management and fire academies.
