Reg Grant

Director, Human Performance at Holy Name Hospital

Reg Grant has extensive experience in the field of strength and conditioning, starting as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Athletic Therapist at Concordia University from 1998 to 2002. Reg then moved on to become the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Rangers Hockey Club from 2002 to 2019. During their tenure at the Rangers, they also held positions as Vice President and President at the Strength and Conditioning Association of Professional Hockey. In 2019, Grant transitioned to the role of Director of Human Performance at Holy Name Medical Center.

Reg Grant earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Therapy from Concordia University in 1995. Reg later obtained a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences.
