Tommi Paavola is a seasoned professional in the fields of human performance and physical education with extensive experience spanning multiple roles. Currently serving as the Human Performance Manager at Holy Name Medical Center since June 2023, Tommi also founded and leads Discover Movement LLC, which has operated since 2006. Additionally, Tommi holds the position of Fitness & Performance Coordinator and Physical Education instructor at Immaculate Heart Academy since 2011, and previously directed junior conditioning programs at Elite Athletic Performance Institute from 2004 to 2011. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Jyvaskyla in Finland, a Minor in Outdoor Education from the University of South-Eastern Norway, and a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute.
