Jeneika Boone

JeNeika Boone, MBA is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Holy Spirit Episcopal School, overseeing the HR department for approximately 100 employees. JeNeika is also the Founder/President of EnVisionary Leadership, LLC, providing leadership development services in the Houston area and nationwide. With a background in payroll analysis and HR, JeNeika has also worked as a Senior Payroll Analyst at Houston ISD and as an HR/Payroll Specialist and Supervisor at Primary Services. JeNeika holds an MBA in Management from Dallas Baptist University, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership Business Concentration from the University of the Cumberlands.
