Samantha Pickard is a GIS Analyst at Holy Cross Energy with experience in donor relations and major gift initiatives at Colorado Animal Rescue Inc. Previously worked in the Assessor Office at Garfield County Govt., CO, researching property boundaries and mapping with ArcGIS. Currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Geographic Information Science and Cartography at the University of Denver, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Prescott College.
