Heather Messer, LICSW, currently serves as a Co-Response Clinician at the Center for Human Development, collaborating with local police departments to provide mental health support. In addition, Heather is a Behavioral Health Specialist III at Holyoke Medical Center, where responsibilities include conducting patient consults and assessments in the Emergency Department. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master of Social Work from Westfield State University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bridgewater State University, Heather has accumulated extensive experience in various roles, including Home Study Social Worker and Clinical Care Manager.
