Michelle Taylor MSN, MBA, RN, CCM has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle began their career in 2009 as a Registered Nurse at Jewish Geriatric Services and then joined Baystate Health, where they worked as a Registered Nurse, responsible for direct patient care and coordination with healthcare professionals. In 2011, they became the Director of Health & Wellness at Keystone Woods Senior Living Community. In 2014, Michelle worked as the Clinical Director of Admissions at Redstone Rehabilitation and then transitioned to Sound Physicians as a Transitional Care Nurse and later as a Hospitalist Registered Nurse. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Transitional Care at Holyoke Medical Center.

Michelle Taylor, MSN, MBA, RN, CCM, completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Elms College from 2005 to 2009. Michelle then pursued a Master's of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Healthcare Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare, both from Elms College from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Michelle obtained certification as a Certified Case Manager from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) in 2024.
