Devin Sheehan

Devin Sheehan currently serves as Chief of Staff for State Senator Jake Oliveira in the Massachusetts State Senate, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Devin worked as a Senior Analyst in the Office of Instruction for Springfield Public Schools from March 2012 to January 2023 and was an elected member of the Holyoke School Committee from January 2010 to January 2022, including a term as Vice-Chair from 2012 to 2019. Devin also held the position of President at the Massachusetts Association of School Committees from January 2019 to January 2020 and presided over the St. Patrick’s Parade Committee of Holyoke from July 2018 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes a role in the New Business Department at MassMutual Financial Group and as an Operations Supervisor at Six Flags New England. Devin Sheehan holds a Master of Public Policy in Educational Policy and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Policy from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Franklin Pierce University.
