Giancarlo Bianchi

Giancarlo Bianchi currently serves as Sales Director at Holyrood Distillery since February 2024. Prior to this role, Giancarlo held various positions at Penderyn Distillery from December 2011 to February 2024, including Executive Director Sales Marketing, Sales & Technical Director, European Sales Manager, General Manager, Technical Manager, and Visitor Centre Manager, focusing on sales of premium spirits in both UK and global export markets. Giancarlo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Southampton.
