Holyrood Distillery
Ian Clement is an experienced distiller currently working at Holyrood Distillery since January 2022, where responsibilities also include serving as Duty Manager. Previously, Ian held the position of Bar Manager and Senior Visitor Assistant at The Scotch Whisky Experience from November 2016 to March 2022, managing the McIntyre Gallery Bar and conducting a variety of whisky tours. Ian's background includes roles as a Host at Merlin Entertainments plc, Tour Guide at Camera Obscura & World of Illusions, and Sales Assistant at HMV. Ian holds a BA (Hons) in Tourism with Marketing Management from Edinburgh Napier University and an HND in Travel & Tourism from Stevenson College Edinburgh. Education also includes a Higher in English, German, and French from Eyemouth High School.
