Victoria Muir-Taylor

Victoria Muir-Taylor is a highly experienced professional in the distilling industry, currently serving as a Senior Distiller at Holyrood Distillery since December 2023. Prior to this role, Victoria held the position of Head Distiller at Feddie Ocean Distillery, where responsibilities included production process improvement and cask management. At The Port of Leith Distillery, Victoria contributed significantly to a yeast selection and scale-up project while also engaging in whisky and gin production at various companies, including Muckle Brig Beverages Ltd and Glasgow Distillery Company. Early career experiences involved roles in brewing and bottling at Stewart Brewing. Victoria holds a Master of Science by Research in Distilling and a Bachelor's Degree in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University.
