Robert Massie

Robert Massie has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Robert currently holds the position of Vice President of Post Acute Care at Holzer Health System since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Administrator at Holzer Senior Care Center starting in September 2018. Before joining Holzer, they served as a Nursing Home Administrator at Consulate Health Care from May 2016 to September 2018. Robert also has experience as an Admissions Coordinator at Piketon Nursing Center Inc from February 2015 to December 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Heartland of Jackson where they completed a Practicum and Internship, gaining experience in various departments such as Business Office, Accounting, Admissions, and Human Resources. Robert was also involved in budget analysis and creating Excel spreadsheets for quality measures. Additionally, they completed an Internship at Adena Health System, where they assisted in patient satisfaction surveys and budget analysis. Their earliest work experience was as a Foreman at Kokosing Construction Company, Inc., where they managed concrete operations on a major industrial facility project.

Robert Massie completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Services Administration from Ohio University in 2013. In 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Long-Term Administration and a Gerontology Certificate from the same university. Robert later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northern Kentucky University from 2020 to 2022.
