Steve Hearl

Steve Hearl brings extensive experience in wastewater engineering, currently serving as Practice Leader and Vice President at H2M architects + engineers since November 1983, where responsibilities include planning, design, and construction administration of wastewater collection and conveyance systems. Prior experience includes a role as an Assistant Engineer in the City of San Diego's Metro Wastewater Division, focusing on the design and administration of construction projects for pump stations and treatment plants from June 1980 to July 1982. Steve Hearl holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, completed in 1983, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same institution, awarded in 1980.
