Aliénor de Dardel is a member of Homburger’s IP/IT and Litigation/Arbitration teams. She advises and represents clients in transactions and in domestic litigation and international arbitration proceedings in a broad range of matters, including complex contracts, all areas of intellectual property law, licensing, media, data protection, and the life-science and technology sectors. Further, she is part of the focus group China.
