Carrie Riches

Carrie Riches is a seasoned finance and operations professional with a diverse background in both higher education and corporate finance. Currently serving as Director of Finance and Operations at HOME since February 2020, Carrie oversees finance, HR, training, and operations, while also managing Cornerhouse Publications. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at The University of Manchester, where roles ranged from Interim Executive Director to Head of Planning and Professional Services within the Library, contributing significantly to strategic leadership and financial management. Prior positions at Citi and Rolls-Royce further developed Carrie's expertise in budget planning, management accounting, and financial analysis. Carrie holds a 2:1 degree in Accounting and Management from Cardiff University.
