Dorothy Bellocq

Dorothy Bellocq possesses extensive experience in talent development and training within the banking sector. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Partner at Home Bank since September 2015, Dorothy has held various roles including Retail Training Manager and Retail Sales and Service Coach. Prior to Home Bank, Dorothy worked at Investar Bank as a Corporate Training Officer from January 2013 to September 2015, and at Capital One from December 1991 to December 2012 in positions such as Trainer and Learning Coordinator. Dorothy holds a certification in Instructional Design from Langevin (2010-2011) and has received training through the LBA Leadership School.
