Elizabeth Greenfield

Elizabeth Greenfield currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs at the Home Building Association of Richmond and is a Planning Commissioner for the Richmond City Planning Commission. With prior experience as the Executive Director of the Partnership for Housing Affordability and as Vice President of Government Affairs for the Richmond Association of REALTORS®, Elizabeth has a robust background in public policy and housing issues. Elizabeth earned a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Master's of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
