Semone Neuman

Semone Neuman is an experienced executive and board member with a diverse background in healthcare operations and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at Southeast Primary Care Partners and Home Care Delivered, and as an Operating Advisor at Advent, Semone focuses on developing operational capabilities to accelerate revenue and earnings growth across North American portfolios. Previous roles include Chief Admin Officer at AccentCare, Inc., and EVP of Coordination of Benefits and IT at HMS, where responsibilities encompassed managing P&L and driving operational efficiencies. Additionally, Semone has contributed extensively to advisory boards, including Wellth and Feel Therapeutics, and is a board member of Yoga 4 Change, a nonprofit organization aimed at supporting vulnerable populations. Semone holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has completed a 500 RYT Yoga Teacher Training.
