Betty Wynn

Betty Wynn, CPA, currently serves as an Independent Board Member and Compensation Committee Chair at Everus Construction Group, Inc. since November 2024, and as an Independent Board Member and Audit Chair at Atkore since August 2018. Previously, Wynn held key executive roles, including Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at MYR Group, Inc. (2007 - May 2023) and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Faith Technologies, Inc. (February 2015 - October 2015). Wynn's extensive experience also includes financial leadership positions at Sloan Valve Company, Block and Company, and Encompass Services Corporation. Earlier in the career, Wynn served as Vice President and Controller at MYR Group and as Senior Manager in Audit at Deloitte. Wynn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Loyola University Chicago.
