Stephen Huber

Stephen Huber has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Stephen began their career as a Student Naval Aviator in the US Navy. Stephen later served as a Naval Officer and Helicopter Pilot in HS-4, where they worked in various departments and led planning efforts for flight hours, passenger transfers, and cargo. Stephen then transitioned to HS-10, where they instructed and evaluated junior and senior pilots in flight training and tactical simulations. During this time, they presented advanced training sessions and provided recommendations to enhance training capabilities.

Stephen also worked as a Group Manager at Encore Capital Group, leading a team and identifying process innovation opportunities. Stephen served as a Naval Officer and Instructor Pilot in the US Navy Reserve, augmenting active duty instructors in providing instruction to navy pilots. Additionally, they were the President of Home Care Providers, a company offering home healthcare services in Southern California. Stephen also formed their own company, Huber's Consulting LLC, providing operational consulting to small and medium sized businesses.

Stephen's most recent position was as a Blue and Gold Officer in the United States Naval Academy (USNA) Information Program, where they identified and recruited potential candidates for the US Naval Academy. Currently, they are working as a Consultant at Huber's Consulting LLC, with projects involving website development, business infrastructure, and strategic purchase opportunities in healthcare services.

Stephen Huber completed their MBA in Finance, General at UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy, spanning from 1998 to 2002. Before attending the Naval Academy, Stephen attended Blair Academy for a year in 1997-1998. Stephen also attended St. Marks School for three years from 1994 to 1997. Stephen began their education at Lake Forest Country Day School, although the specific duration is unknown.
