Todd Austin

Todd Austin is currently the President and COO at Home Care Pulse. Todd has previously held positions at Pavilion, Silver Star, and Idaho Central Credit Union.

Todd Austin began their career at Silver Star in 2014 as a Business Technology Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for introducing the value of Enterprise Work Management Software to enterprise companies. Todd then moved on to Idaho Central Credit Union in November 2014 as the Dealer Development Officer. In this role, they were responsible for creating business partners, signing contracts on behalf of Silver Star, and increasing sales within new and existing markets.

In March 2018, Todd Austin left Idaho Central Credit Union to become the President and COO at Home Care Pulse. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company and ensuring that it runs smoothly.

Todd Austin has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University. Todd is certified from the Pavilion in CRO Certified and Rising Executive School, and from HubSpot in Inbound and HubSpot Sales Software. Todd is also certified from Verizon Wireless in Top Sales.
