They have experience working for the US Navy, TotalCare IT, Nexus Professionals, GE Healthcare, In the Know Caregiver Training, and QuotaPath. They have also founded Close Notes and In the Know, Inc. Medical Publishing. They hold degrees from Idaho State University, Brigham Young University - Idaho, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Kent State University, North Hennepin Community College, Tufts University, and Colorado Technical University.
