Carolina Gutierrez

Carolina Gutierrez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and customer insights, currently serving as Product & Customer Insights Lead at Home Chef since October 2018. Carolina has progressed through various roles at Home Chef, including Senior Manager of Product Insights and Operational Excellence Manager. Prior to Home Chef, Carolina gained valuable experience at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant and held several internships and assistant positions at prestigious organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, Mendoza College of Business, and the Kellogg Institute for International Studies. Carolina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by a solid academic foundation from the American School Foundation of Monterrey.
