Erin Ouradnik

Erin Ouradnik is an accomplished professional with a strong background in logistics and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Home Chef since October 2019. Previously held positions at Home Chef include Senior Logistics Manager and Logistics Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Client Associate at Echo Global Logistics, and as Student Life Assistant - Leadership Coordinator at Loyola University Chicago's John Felice Rome Center, where responsibilities included supporting a diverse student body and coordinating numerous initiatives. Erin's earlier roles also encompass account coordination and design at Schwarz Supply Source, managerial and graphic design positions at Loyola University Chicago's Water Tower Campus Life, and various sales roles at Nordstrom and The Bon Ton Stores Inc. Erin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
