Jordyn Duggan

Jordyn Duggan is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Tempo Operations at Home Chef, and previously as Sr. Director of Operations Excellence and National Continuous Improvement Manager, Jordyn has a proven track record in implementing Lean Six Sigma tools and TPM principles. Prior experience includes roles at PepsiCo as TPM Manager and Process Improvement Engineer, as well as positions at Ingredion Incorporated and Procter & Gamble. Jordyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, demonstrating a strong educational background in the field.
