Scott Fratzke

Scott Fratzke has extensive work experience spanning various roles and positions. Scott is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Home Chef, a position they assumed in March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Operations Excellence from June 2021 to August 2022. Scott also held the position of Senior Director of Operational Excellence from February 2020 to July 2021, and Director of Operations Excellence from July 2019 to February 2020 at Home Chef.

Before joining Home Chef, Scott worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev starting in 2011. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Director Supply Chain Logistics from January 2018 to July 2019, Director of Operations from December 2015 to January 2018, Senior Manager of Fleet & Facilities in 2015, Project Manager from December 2013 to January 2015, Process Engineer from December 2012 to December 2013, and Production Manager from April 2011 to December 2012. Scott contributed to various accomplishments such as negotiating contracts, improving employee engagement and safety culture, managing budget and operational efficiencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Scott also gained early work experience as a Site Operations Intern at Abbott Laboratories in 2008.

Scott Fratzke completed their education at California Polytechnic State University, where they obtained both a Bachelor of Science (B.S) and Master of Science (M.S) degree in Biomedical Engineering. Scott studied at the university from 2004 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Anheuser-Busch in March 2019. Scott also has a White Belt certification from the same institution, but the specific month and year of completion are not provided.
