Echo C. possesses extensive experience in various management and analytical roles, currently serving as Manager in the Executive Office and Manager of Business Services at the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) since April 2022. Prior to this, Echo held multiple positions at HCRA including Business Services Lead and Corporate Services Coordinator from February 2020 to April 2022. Echo has also worked as a Business Analyst at TAO Solutions Inc. and as a Communications Operator for the Toronto Police Service. Previous roles include Analyst at Scotia Capital, Administrative Coordinator at Paris Kitchens, and Branch Technology Specialist at RBC Dominion Securities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Manitoba and a diploma in Acupuncture from the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
