Madhavi Gupta is a legal professional with a comprehensive background in law and environmental studies. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at the Home Construction Regulatory Authority since October 2022, Madhavi previously completed an articling position with the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry from August 2021 to June 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Online Editor for Obiter Dicta, Summer Law Student at the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, and Student Intern at the City of Toronto. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Toronto.
