Kelley Friedgen

Kelley Friedgen is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. At Roche from May 2020 to October 2021, Kelley served as Legal Counsel for Pharma Digital Health and Personalized Healthcare, leading a global team of legal specialists and providing advice on digital health projects. Additionally, Kelley took on a long-term assignment as Assistant General Counsel, advising on transactional matters and fostering relationships between Group Legal and the Genentech Legal Department. Prior experience includes various roles at Genentech from February 2015 to May 2020, where Kelley advanced through positions including Specialist and Assistant General Counsel, and Practice Group Lead. Kelley began a legal career at Merck as a Senior Attorney from October 2008 to April 2012. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Emory University School of Law and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
