Kelley Friedgen serves as the Head Legal Counsel for the One Pharma Strategy at Roche since May 2020, leading a globally networked team that supports digital health and personalized healthcare projects across the Pharma Division. Kelley has extensive legal experience, having previously held roles as Assistant General Counsel on long-term assignments, where responsibilities included advising on transactional matters and cultivating integrated relationships between Group Legal and the Genentech Legal Department. Before Roche, Kelley worked at Genentech from May 2012 to May 2020 in various legal roles and spent time as a Senior Attorney at Merck from October 2008 to April 2012. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Emory University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Biology.
