Ruby D. has a diverse background in regulatory and compliance roles, currently serving as the Assistant Deputy Registrar for Professional Conduct at the Home Construction Regulatory Authority since March 2022, following a position as Manager of Professional Conduct (Complaints and Inspections). Prior experience includes leadership in complaints and client services at the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority and roles related to dispute resolution and investigations at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. A strong foundation in legal assistance was built at Dewart Gleason LLP. Ruby D. is enhancing expertise through a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration at Toronto Metropolitan University, complementing previous educational achievements, including an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Public Safety and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Studies.
