Sarah Hobbs

Sarah Hobbs serves as the Director of People & Culture at the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Managing Director at Talthena from 2020 to August 2022, where a focus was placed on enhancing employee experience and optimizing talent through various HR strategies. Sarah's previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Novus Media LLC and as Human Resources Manager for a confidential company, emphasizing strategic leadership in areas such as learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement. Notably, Sarah also worked as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing a wide range of HR services across Canada. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ryerson University.
