Siloni Waraich

Siloni Waraich currently serves as the Chief Research Officer at the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA) since September 2023. In addition, Siloni is the Principal at SW Management Consulting, where strategic business and communications advice is provided across various sectors, including building/development, mining/resources, and not-for-profit associations. Siloni's extensive experience includes multiple roles at Tarion Warranty Corporation, culminating as Vice President of Stakeholder Engagement, and holding significant positions within the Ontario Liberal Party and the Government of Ontario. Educational qualifications include a Business Sustainability Management certification from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from Niagara University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brock University.
