Y Nguyen Thi Nhu is an experienced professional in card operations and payment management, presently serving as the Head of Card Operations & Payment Center at Home Credit Vietnam since September 2019. In this role, Y Nguyen Thi Nhu focuses on partnership management and business development, fostering strategic relationships with payment providers while leading a team to conduct market research on payment solutions. Previously, Y Nguyen Thi Nhu held various positions within the organization, including Digital Payment Product Owner and Card Operations & Digital Payment Manager, where responsibilities included product roadmap development, process improvement, and project leadership. Y Nguyen Thi Nhu's career began as a Card Operation Team Leader, managing processes and customer experiences related to credit card operations. An academic background in finance was attained at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City from 2012 to 2016.
