František Hasara

František Hasara is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and innovation within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Digital Chief Technology Officer at Home Credit Philippines since April 2020, František drives digitalization initiatives and oversees the development of customer-facing applications and MarTech ecosystems. Prior to this role, František held various positions at Home Credit, including Head of Digital Platforms and Director of the Business Innovation Center, contributing to the strategic growth of digital ecosystems and online product development. František's career also includes experience as a Business Process Analyst at Home Credit International and as an IT Lead Analyst at GE Money Bank. František holds a Master’s degree in Air Traffic Management from the Technical University Košice and a background in electrotechnics and telecommunications.
