Miroslav Kuta

Miroslav Kuta is an experienced professional in the field of customer relationship management and data analytics, currently serving as Head of CRM Systems and Operations at Home Credit Philippines since July 2022. Previously, Miroslav held multiple roles at Home Credit Vietnam, including Senior Project Manager in the Risk department and Business Data Manager, focusing on eKYC implementation, customer segmentation, and data governance. Earlier experience includes data management roles at Home Credit International and Programmatic, s.r.o., along with market research and analysis positions at Centrum Holdings and General Marketing. Miroslav holds a degree in Cybernetics and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Western Bohemia in Pilsen.
