Matt Schneider

VP Customer Engagement at HDIS

Matt Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Matt started their career in 1992 as a Project Manager at Business Response, Inc. Matt then moved on to become a Senior Project Manager before leaving in 2000. In 2001, Matt joined Americall Group, Inc. as the Director of Business Services, where they stayed until 2006.

From 2006 to 2011, Matt worked at Maritz Loyalty Marketing, first as the Director of Delivery Operations Manager and later as the Director of Client Services and Operations.

In 2012, Matt joined HDIS as the Director of Customer Care. Matt quickly advanced to become the Senior Director of Sales and Service before finally being promoted to the role of VP Customer Engagement in 2017, a position they still hold.

Matt Schneider attended Truman State University from 1988 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Communication. During their time at the university, their field of study encompassed various subjects including Business Management, Marketing, and Computer Science.
