Vp, Customer Engagement at Resonetics

Lauren Goodman has a diverse work experience in the marketing field. Lauren started their career as a Marketing Intern at Miami County Visitors Bureau in 2004. In 2005, they joined Mound Laser & Photonics Center, Inc. as a Marketing Manager and continued in that position for ten years until 2015 when the company was acquired by Resonetics. At Resonetics, they held various roles including Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Marketing & Account Management, and Senior Director of Customer Engagement. Currently, they are the Vice President of Customer Engagement at Resonetics.

Lauren Goodman obtained a Certificate in Leading a Culture of Service Excellence from Cornell University in 2021. Prior to that, they completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dayton between 2008 and 2011. Earlier in their educational journey, Lauren earned a B.S. degree in Marketing/Management from Wright State University, which they completed in 2006.
