David Johnston

David Johnston has accumulated extensive experience in engineering and design roles throughout their career. David started as a Mechanical Team Leader at DEK in 1992, where they specialized in high accuracy printing machines for the electronic assembly industry. David then transitioned to self-employment as a Design Engineer, focusing on banknote processing machinery. Since then, they have held various positions at companies like PA Consulting Group, Edge Product Development, Humanscale, DWFritz Automation, and HDS Global, where they have taken on roles ranging from Principal Consultant to Senior Mechanical Engineer to Principal Design Engineer.

David Johnston attended Loughborough University from 1979 to 1983, earning a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
